01 General Provisions
1.1 Applicability of Terms
These terms and conditions apply equally to all services on the ck 44com platform — casino games, sports betting, live casino, mobile app and any related services. This document forms the legal basis of our relationship with you as a user.
1.2 Language and Interpretation
These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence. If you have any question about the meaning of a clause, please contact our support team.
1.3 Third-Party Terms
Some games and services are operated by third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and Evolution. In those cases, the relevant provider's own terms may also apply, but ck 44com's terms and conditions shall always take priority.
02 Account Registration
2.1 One Account Rule
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, bonuses may be cancelled and the accounts may be suspended.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
The name, mobile number and payment details provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing incorrect information may result in withdrawals being held.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
When processing large withdrawals or in the case of any suspicious activity, ck 44com may request a national ID card or other documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.
2.4 Login Security

03 Age Requirement and Eligibility
All services on ck 44com are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Registering with a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
For professional players or sports officials: Individuals directly involved in professional betting activities or any sports organisation must comply with the rules of their respective organisation.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
ck 44com does not provide services to users in certain countries or regions. Attempting to bypass these restrictions using a VPN or proxy will result in account cancellation.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on ck 44com can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and this applies equally to all methods.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal. After a successful request, payment is generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited
Using another person's mobile banking or bank account for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. The owner of the payment account and the platform user must be the same person.
4.4 Transaction Verification
In some cases, identity confirmation may be required before a large withdrawal is processed. This process is in place to protect both the user and the platform.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at ck 44com can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000 — however, to withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may only be used on designated games on the platform.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
- Bonuses have a set expiry — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
5.3 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive weekly cashback calculated at a set rate based on that week's net losses. There are five tiers from Bronze to Diamond — Bronze earns up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum 1.2% and Diamond 1.5% cashback.
Example: As a Gold member, if your net loss in one week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. This is the maximum for that tier.
5.4 Promotional Abuse
If strategic betting aimed at meeting wagering requirements (such as placing bets on opposing sides simultaneously), use of multiple accounts or any fraudulent method is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
06 Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Results
The results of slots, live casino and sports betting games on ck 44com are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or third-party data feeds. The platform reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out unintentionally due to a technical error.
6.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting
Acceptance of a bet does not guarantee a win — odds may change at any time and can only be changed up until the match begins. If a match is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be settled in accordance with the game provider's guidelines.
6.3 Live Casino
If a network connection is lost while placing a bet on games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live or other live casino providers, the final decision at the table will be considered binding.
6.4 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win amount per bet may apply to certain games or promotions. Any winnings that exceed this limit will be reduced to the specified maximum.
07 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Operating games or bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting game errors or technical bugs for personal gain.
- Attempting to hack another user's account or steal their information.
- Participating in match fixing or fraudulent betting syndicates.
- Using the platform's name or logo without authorisation.
- Harassing or behaving offensively towards other members.
Legal action: If any of the prohibited activities above occur, ck 44com reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and take legal action.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the Platform
If evidence of a terms violation is found or an investigation is required, an account may be temporarily or permanently closed at any time without prior notice. In confirmed cases of violation, the remaining account balance may also be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your account at any time. A self-exclusion or break can also be requested in accordance with the responsible gaming guidelines — contact the support team to have this arrangement activated.
8.3 Withdrawal After Account Closure
If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, that amount will be returned. The balance may be held temporarily while an investigation is ongoing.
09 Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Disruption
ck 44com will not be liable for service disruptions caused by server maintenance, internet connection issues, third-party technical failures or unforeseen events. However, where a loss is caused by a confirmed fault, a reasonable compensation arrangement is in place.
9.2 Betting Decisions
All decisions related to betting and gaming are entirely the user's own. ck 44com is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from decisions made on the advice of another person or based on any information on the platform.
9.3 Third-Party Links
If the platform contains external links, ck 44com accepts no responsibility for the content of those links. Use of any third-party website or service is entirely at the user's own risk.
